IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19 OR BEEN AROUND ANYONE THAT HAS BEEN EXPOSED WE ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE ONCE YOU ARE BETTER. IF YOU DISPLAY ANY SIGNS OF COVID-19 WHILE IN THE SALON (COUGHING, FEVER, RUNNY NOSE, CONGESTION ETC.) YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE FOR A LATER DATE. PLEASE NO EXTRA PEOPLE.
There is a $15 non-refundable deposit required for ALL appointments. The $15 is a booking fee and DOES NOT GO towards your service. If you do not want to pay a booking fee, walk-ins are welcome. With being a walk-in we can not guarantee that we will be able to service you. Appointments get priority over walk-ins. NO CHILDREN or EXTRA people ALLOWED!! We offer a 15 minute grace period. Also if your hair needs to be shampooed and blown prior to your sew-in, it will be $35. Please make sure your hair does not hair any products or oils in it, if it does you will have to get it washed and blown out for $35. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, we will refund your deposit back to your card on file. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours before you are scheduled, you will be charged 50% of your service, and you will be blocked from future online bookings. If you are bringing in your own hair, the hair must be clean and free of oil and old thread. If your old hair is not cleaned, WE CAN NOT INSTALL IT!!! We do not install synthetic hair! Please have cash before you arrive to your appointments. You must get the service(s) that you booked. For example, you can not book a sew-in and change to micro links at your appointment. All changes need to be made prior to your appointment.
